By purchasing from FiveMotors you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Digital products

All products are digital files for use with FiveM, a modification framework for Grand Theft Auto V. Products are delivered electronically by email and through your account after a successful payment.

2. License & usage

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive license to use the files on your own FiveM server(s). You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, leak or share the files publicly.
• Claim the work as your own or re-upload it to other stores.
• Use the files in any illegal or infringing manner.

3. Debadged & lore-friendly content

Our vehicles are debadged (real-world manufacturer branding removed) and intended as lore-friendly content. You are responsible for how you use them on your server.

4. Payments

Prices are shown in USD. Payments are processed by a secure third-party provider; we never store your full card details.

5. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

6. Availability & changes

We may update products, prices and these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
