Refund Policy

FiveMotors sells digital products (downloadable FiveM vehicles, maps and packs) that are delivered instantly by email. Because these files can be downloaded and copied immediately, all sales are generally final.

When we do issue a refund

• The file is corrupted or does not work and our team cannot provide a working replacement.
• You were charged more than once for the same order.
• You never received your download link and support could not deliver it within a reasonable time.

When refunds do not apply

• The product was already downloaded and works as described.
• You changed your mind after receiving the files.
• Your server setup, framework or installation error is unrelated to the product itself (we're happy to help you fix it instead).
